Greg_E 211
It does touch on one of the things that made me buy a Spark over a used car and that was price. Used econo-boxes are selling for $10,000+ so the Spark is a very small step to take and then the car is new. Would the extra 14 inches in length from an Aveo be nice... Maybe, but I'm not really caring about that right now.
Kam 1
That's one thing I really like about the Spark too. You really can't beat the price!

Greg_E 211
It's an extra row of groceries in the back, more important is it is an extra bit of room to make the shape more aerodynamic. The Sonic in Red looks really nice, local dealer has one on the lot.
weetsj 39
i like the Spark better anyways
Kam 1
I really like the Spark too! I'm really starting to see them everywhere now.
westernpa25 16
Looks like year end sales figures for the spark are 12,385 sold since introduction!
Greg_E 211
Not great until you figure in that they didn't have a full stock of cars and very little advertising.
westernpa25 16
I have only seen one other spark on the road besides mine and that was in Pittsburgh last month. As for sales figures I don't think thats bad for an A segment car that just recently came on the market. I think its good news for the small car market! Trancer07 30
I just saw a black one coming home from work on Friday. First one I've seen since late summer. People love their big honking SUV's around here so I doubt they will ever be common locally.
Alyse 0
I have not seen too many around here yet. More people are driving trucks then anything else.
CappyScags 1
I haven't seen any others around here either, maybe once we're in warmer weather.
WaltK 305
I've seen two in my area, one black one parked in my doctors parking lot, and a jalapeno green, at my local Walgreens, I believe it belongs to a worker. I am in NJ, 10 miles west of the George Washington bridge, leading into NYC, in the middle of a large metro area. Alt least 6 Chevy dealers within a five mile radius. I'm sure more will start to appear as the weather warms up. Also there will be a lot of people car shopping, after the job that Hurricane Sandy did on this area, and all the vehicles that were destroyed. Enterprise car rentals is also running tv commercials featuring the Spark.
Greg_E 211
I've seen a ton of Sonics in my area but no other Sparks on the road. The number of Sonics seems to grow every day.

The number of Sonics seems to grow every day.I see several Sonic sedans on the road every week, but the hatchbacks are very rare. Maybe 1 for every 5 or 6 Sonic sedans I see. Greg_E 211
I have not see a sonic sedan, everything around here is the hatchback, for sedans the Cruze seems to be the choice.
CappyScags 1
I've seen a few Sonics, a mixture of sedans and hatchbacks and a quite a few Cruzes.
