stevesparky 20
I am ready to change oil for the first time. What is the Filter Number and where can I buy? I stopped by my Auto Parts dealer and had no luck. Said Spark was too new, for aftermarket filters. So do I have to stay with Chevy? Whats the Chevy Filter Number? I did find Wix makes one. Filter Number WL 10001, but can not find where to buy. Any help appreciated.
Lil Dew 14
Just buy one from the dealer and do it yourself. Or, pay them the money and let them do it. I paid 43.00 for my last oil change and fluid top offs. For that kind of money, it isn't worth my time or effort to do it on my own.

jibb3r 29
Just buy one from the dealer and do it yourself. Or, pay them the money and let them do it. I paid 43.00 for my last oil change and fluid top offs. For that kind of money, it isn't worth my time or effort to do it on my own. There's a coupon on the Chevy site http://www.chevrolet.com/certified-service/offers-coupons-values.html that includes a tire rotation, for $40. My local dealer charges $40 for the oil change and $20 for tire rotation.

stevesparky 20
I have looked for this Fram number and can not find. Best bet is to buy an OEM on Ebay. The last time I looked was a little under $8 shipped.
