  1. Thanks, I miss the Spark. The Jeep says it's averaging 20MPG. Ouch. Hoping that improves, even slightly! I guess I should have said I got $6400 for Spark. I owed 5900, and they put 500 towards the Jeep. So in my eyes, "I" got 500 for it. Everyone I tell in person has the same reaction. "You only got $500 for it?" Perhaps I'm backwards. My bad.
  2. Like many others in the past, it's time for me to fly. But, for different reasons. If it were up to me, and me alone, I would have kept the Spark until it didn't run anymore. I never had an issue. I had that car longer than any car before it, and would still look at it and smile, to the fact that I'm 6'5" and it's a tiny car. But, as my luck goes, a long term relationship went sour, just two days ago I was left with two vehicle payments and I had to dump them quick. As of last night, I traded the Spark and my Kia Soul for a 2016 Jeep Renegade. Luckily, the Soul had equity, because they o
  3. If it's stock, it doesn't have ground effects. The LT2 came standard that way.
  4. Looks good! Do you remove the tablet when it's parked? I'd be concerned with the battery of the tablet, in a parked vehicle on a summer day. But, that's easily avoided, in your case.
  5. I have an irrelevant question for you '16 owners. Which bulbs do the 16's use for driving lights? Are they still the headlights, like the previous models? Or are they the parking lights?
  6. I just activated my free 3 years of OnStar, and requested a diagnostic to be E-Mailed to me. I noticed it had an open recall, that was issued 4/27/16. Makes me wonder; Did someone leave the keys in the ignition and have their car stolen, then blame it on the failing chime? Something must have happened, for them to issue a recall for something so minor, yes? Anyway, this is what it says: Recall Title: MYLINK LOSS OF KEY REMINDER CHIME Recall Description: General Motors has decided that certain 2013-2016 Chevrolet Spark, Sonic, and Trax vehicles equipped with a Bring Your Own Media (“
  7. I just recently replaced my front and rear blades with Michelins. The fronts are the hybrid model from Walmart; the rear, I bought from Amazon. No problems with any of them.
  8. Welcome, from Ohio. I've been driving this car daily for 3 years, almost 30k miles now, and I still haven't mastered first gear. It will jump, or almost bog down sometimes, but it's all in my timing; it's not the car. It's usually when I'm still half-asleep at 3:45 am, going to work.
  9. Based on the photos of Google, it looks like the rear seat bottom is fixed. The photos show the seat backs folded flat, with the seat bottoms still in place; which I'm kind of jealous of.
  10. Looks good! How did you attach them to the ceiling? Are they activated with the doors?
  11. I would check that first. When I unplugged my OnStar unit under the driver's seat, the microphone stopped working. I don't use OnStar, and my light isn't illuminated, but the microphone works.
  12. Well, the wiper fits. It clears all but maybe an inch, right under the brake light. That's being picky. The clip that secures the adapter to the wiper broke off in my hand when I tried to install it. Not really a big deal, just a poor design. Added some glue, good to go! That's my official rear wiper review.
