Yes, the Opel Karl is the 2016 Spark. Chevy is no longer sold in Europe, so Opel/Vauxhall will be the only one sold. Aveo as Corsa, Cruze as Astra and so on.

Nope different styling on the sides and the door handles have been relocated. Probably looks different from the rear but I have not seen a rear view picture. Edited November 16, 2014 by Angrybird12

To bad about the door handles. One of the things I really like about the current Spark is the hidden rear door handles that gives it a 2 door look at first glance. I think a real 2 door Spark and/or Sonic would be a great idea. I've about had my fill of 4 doors.

In the UK it will be called the Vauxhall Viva. They're bringing back the Viva name from years ago. My Dad had one in the early 80's.

That is completely different from the first picture in the thread. I think that first picture is a photoshop of a current Spark.
