VegasSpark 12
Hey, I'm not sure if this is an issue that the dealership needs to fix or something others are noticing. When I hit around 40 mph or I'd the wind is blowing hard I can hear wind coming from the passenger side door. I think it might be either from the bottom of the door or near the side mirror. Is this just a standard spark noise, or something special my car has on it's own.
Greg_E 211
No, not really a standard noise. The window may not be sealing, or the door latch may need adjustment.
leighmaxwell 6
Mine makes that same noise on both front sides. I don't mind it since it does not leak in the rain. I just turn my music up a bit and count myself lucky that it is only wind and not rain coming in.
Greg_E 211
Maybe it is standard them, mine didn't have anything like that though.
WaltK 305
Maybe it is standard them, mine didn't have anything like that though. I haven't heard any wind generated noises either..

VegasSpark 12
Okay, so an update on this. I finally took it in, and they tore apart the door, and the door of a new spark. They also test drove both at highway speeds and concluded that the wind noise I was hearing was just standard cabin noise. It's been a while since I've been in a car that was fully sealed, so I guess it just sounded different to me.
WaltK 305
Glad it's been straightened out for you, a little peace of mind.
bluer101 241
There is very little sound damping in these cars and the price reflects that. I just turn the radio up more.
