bluer101 241
I figured I would show what I have been working on. These are Vizualogic headrest monitors for one of my past vehicles. I bought them back in 2008 and had them re wrapped 2 tone for the vehicle they went in. After getting rid of that vehicle I put them in storage. I dug them out and guess what, the pole spacing fits my Spark. So now my mind is going crazy to install them in the Spark. One problem is the color is way wrong and the pole diameter is 10mm and the Sparks diameter is 14mm. The pole size I ordered 14mm sleeves to solve that and should be here any day. As for the leather color I went to some local shops to have them redone in the right color. One is the color might be slightly off which is not a big problem but the price was more than I wanted to spend. So I ended up researching leather paint by SEM. I bought the SEM Classic Coat very dark pewter which turned out to be an exact match to our interior. Just trying to this cheap as possible. Here is the product. Here is the headrest before disassemble. I was testing to make sure they still function. Then them all apart after lightly sanding and cleaning with rubbing alcohol. Started first coat. Second and third coats. All done matched factory. Inside up against the front seat. I need to reassemble the units and do the install. To be continued........ bluer101 241
14mm post sleeves came in the mail today. They fit the seats perfectly. So now there will be no play in the headrest posts. Also they are metal and not cheap plastic ones.

Thanks Walt If I do something I try to do it right. I don't like half ass or cheesy work. I'm going to take more photos all the way through. I just need to figure out where to put the control/input output box. I'm thinking of putting under my sub false floor.
