  1. Look in the suspension area of the forum or check my old posts. I have a description and a link that may or may not still work.
  2. I figured I'd post this here. I've been a long term Member and I add to my Spark frequently. Here are the parts and pics to support this modification. It results in stiffer pedal, better stopping, and less brake fade if your really pushing your brake system through the mountains. On the front lines, you will have to re-use the original bolts as the kit has bolts with a different theading. I just took the new copper washers from the kit and used them.
  3. Usually in the glove box there is an info sticker for that stuff.
  4. I'd share my tune for a fee. It took a long time to get it where it is.
  5. I wanted to add that I have had the brakes fade hard in very sprited mountain driving. This is also with upgraded drilled and slotted rotors. This is with the 2017 Spark. I am upgrading to the Powerstop z23 carbon ceramic pads on front, Motul 700 rbf fluid, and powerstop rear shoes. I am also attempting to replace the front brake lines with stainless braided lines from another gm application. I will keep the forum updated. I was looking at the Chevy hhr dual piston calipers as a possible upgrade option but some fabrication may be needed if this doesn't correct the brake fade at high Temps.
  6. It's been a while but I have a relatively nice tune for the m400 1.4l Spark done with Hp tuners. There are decent gains to be had. Est. 120hp, 165tq.
  7. I wanted to post this since I haven't seen anyone with this for a Spark of any year. I have successfully installed an aftermarket pedal commander and I'm very excited to say that it works well. The model is a 9 Drive unit from Amazon ( Model 807 ). It does have to be manually programmed though. It will not work out of the box with current settings until it is manually set. Other wise it will throw two separate codes reporting that the accelerator and throttle control are overcurrent ( Code 84 This is in the M400 models with 1.4l 1. Disconnect the accelerator pedal connector ( Loca
  8. Best to link a video you posted on your YouTube / bitchute channel. That whp I stated was a vague guess after the turbo goes in.
  9. This idea works well in climates above 30° F. If you live in the North of the US, you will need a jumpstart or configure a battery warmer due to the bms system. The battery will not start the car when it's 10-15° outside.
  10. It has bcm ( Battery Control Management ) inside on its own circuit board. This battery charges just like a normal car battery. It was $140 total for the battery and M6 Brass terminal kit. The frame and Velcro tie downs cost me another $10.
  11. Today I took my leaking and dying stock battery and retired it. This is my new battery with new fabricated Battery and ECU mount installed.
  12. I will be looking into getting the turbo downpipe welded in so I can get this project completed. Maybe I. The next three months
