  1. Hi. Just bought a 2018 Trax Premier. My question is, “Why does the radio come on every time I start the car?” I have told to turn the radio before I shut the car off, (duh?) it is off but always starts with the car. Have been able to silence it at ignition but the radio still comes on. I don’t understand the engineering for this but would like to turn the radio on when I want it not when the car starts. Thank you for any help.

  2. Hey guys I have a 2015 Chevy Spark LS (it currently has the basic radio and no backup camera) and I want to put in a Pioneer AVH-2330NEX Android auto head unit and I wanted to know if you are able to maintain use of the microphone that's in the headliner for the OnStar with that head unit for Bluetooth hands-free calling because I don't like using those stupid ones that they include that you have to clip to your headliner if there's already one in the car. For any of you that have installed an aftermarket head unit were you able to use that microphone? Did the aftermarket wire harness come with the ability to tap into that microphone? I plan on buying all the stuff from Crutchfield. Parts I have chosen based on my research: Radio: https://www.crutchfield.com/p_1302330NEX/Pioneer-AVH-2330NEX.html Dash kit & Harness: https://www.crutchfield.com/p_120993309B/Metra-99-3309B-Dash-and-Wiring-Kit-Flat-Black.html ^^^this harness seems like it taps into the factory microphone but I'm sceptical since mines an LS I absolutely will not have that ugly Bluetooth mic Pioneer includes lol Antenna adapter: https://www.crutchfield.com/p_12040EU55/Antenna-Adapter.html I was thinking about doing XM satellite radio but I'm not sure how the A- pillars come off to put the wire up and stick the antenna to the windshield.
  3. Just bought myself a used 2015 Chevy Spark LS with 45,000 miles on it for $6,500 from a local dealership here in New England. I live in New Hampshire and we currently have some light snow but the Spark does better than I thought it would when its slippery out. I feel like a lot of the people that say little cars are bad in the snow must be crappy drivers because all you need is common sense and to drive carefully. Anyways I just wanted to say hello and show you guys a picture of the car. I absolutely love it so far and I've only had it for about 24 hours lol.
