I am enjoying my 2017 Spark LS. It's been a great car and I've enjoyed it. I mostly drive it to work and back and average anywhere from 35-39 mpg. I have had it on the interstate multiple times and it has no problem at all cruising around at 80 mph. I am amazed at how small it truly is, but when driving it even with passengers, it does not feel small at all. I realize there were issues with earlier model years but it now seems most of the kinks have been worked out. I really miss a temperature gauge on this car, that gauge comes in handy as cars start to get some years on them.

In a previous car (not a Spark), I have had stalling issues when idling or right after starting the engine, caused by a dirty throttle body. A mechanic can clean it out for a little bit of nothing, or you can do it yourself if you are able. Might be worth checking in to. Does not really explain the erratic speedometer behavior though.

Thanks for pointing that out. I did some searching yesterday for a harness adapter and really couldn't come up with anything. I'll keep looking, hopefully, Crutchfield will have something before too much longer. The stereo honestly isn't too bad, I would just like a little more bass, nothing loud or obnoxious. Looking at some of the low profile units that could go under a seat or in the cargo area.

I picked up a front set and rear set of the Weathertech mats and love them. They should help keep the carpet in good shape. Easy to clean and they look great in the car.

I am wanting to add a small powered subwoofer to my 2017 Spark LS (has the four speakers all up front). I would like to use speaker level inputs on the amp - anyone know a good place to access the speaker wires? Am I going to have to pull the interior part of the door off to get to the speaker wires? If so I may as well go ahead and replace the stock speakers while I am in there. Thanks!
