SparkDriver 0
After having my Spark for a year and a half I finally got around to adding power locks and keyless entry to my 2014 LS. I didn't have much problem installing everything, and I now have progressive unlock and even got the trunk lock/unlock tied in. I'd like to tie in the horn, ignition, dome, and parking lights, but I cannot seem to find any information on the location of the wires/harnesses for these. I found a list of wire colors and basic locations for the car (e.g. ignition and horn is in the ignition harness, parking and dome lights are in harness by fuse block), but so far I have not been able to physically locate the proper wires. There's probably a dozen plugs to the BCM and elsewhere behind the dash on the drivers side, so I couldn't sort it out. Does anyone have details on where I can find these wires? SparkDriver 0
I can report that the wiring guide was accurate and I was able to tie in everything for my keyless entry. The wire plugs to the BCM are a bit hard to get to, but using posi-taps made it easier.
Toddfman 0
I cant seem to find where the wire for the horn is on my 2019 spark ls, any idea's? I tried the brown/white wire on the brown plug but no go. I agree that those 26 pin cables are a pain to get to.
SpaceCowboy 15
Horn Trigger Brown/White - BCM above driver kick, brown 26 pin plug, pin 19 Count the pins and test the wire with a dvom. You may have to hold the horn for a few seconds because the meter reads slow.
