Schaltz 27
My Spark 1.0 LS is from February 2012 and last month while washing it I found some smal bubbles in my roof rails. It had started to rust. It is a common problem with the Spark, and the dealer will change the rails under warranty. In my case the danish weather is to blame. Does anyone know how to prevent this from happening again? Best Regards - Casper S.
mightydog 3
Wow that is not good, these are two new to get rust. I would make sure once they fix it that it does not come back

kicks012 2
What year? It may be under warranty of corrosion.
psquare75 35
He's not talking about the roof of the car, but the bolted on rails, I'm guessing.
Schaltz 27
Old topic, but some update: The roof rails has now been changed for the third time, and now 6 months without rust.
