stevesparky 20
Where? Who? and how much? And... has anybody installed one? If so how was it? Or did a mechanic install? I heard something like a little over 400 bucks installed?

stevesparky 20
Thanks. Says for auto trans only. Wonder if they make one for standard trans. I should write the ebay vendor. Wonder how hard it is to install. Has anybody here installed one?
Greg_E 211
It should be all data since there isn't anything external to manipulate the throttle plate, so I would like to think it is easy to install but haven't done one yet.

ebray 0
I recently bought a new basic 2015 Spark with manual trans and found out pretty quick (after getting stopped for speeding) that I needed cruise. I bought a Rostra unit from ebay for around $238.00 and installed it myself in about an hour and a half. Mostly plug-and-play except for the power wire that must be soldered and one 3/8" hole that will have to be drilled in the plastic shroud on the steering column for the control stalk. Instructions are very easy to understand and installation was straight-forward. iIt looks great and works just like a factory unit. I really think I could do it in about an hour now that I've done it before. Very pleased with the result. Hope this helps.
stevesparky 20
Thanks.. Think I may order one. I wonder if the new 2016 base models have cruise?
David Palmer 0
Hi there, I have an Autostrada Cruise unit. Plug and play. One connection to the OBDII another to the Accelerator Pedal and a connection to Power/Acc and Earth. I originally bought a Rostra unit, but this wasn't compatible with the Aussie Version of the Spark.
