This CVT for the spark has the capacity of 6.2 quarts. BUT if you do drain and fill you will not drain the torque converter and the fill will be about 4.5 quarts. To drain, remove the pan bolt then there will be an over flow tube that you use a 5mm allen wrench to remove from the same hole as the drain bolt. That will drain the pan (4.5 quarts) but not the torque converter. then put the over flow tube back in the drain hole. Do not put the drain bolt on yet! @michatron I used your mod Idea for the trunk popper and it worked great. quite easy. I had to remove one of the plastic fasteners and use the hole run the wires from the switch to key lock wires. There more than enough fasteners left to keep that part of the trunk on. I just added a bit of calking on the hole around the wires.

I have looked all over the internet for the right fill amount for 2016 spark and I get conflicting amounts. Most say 4.2 quarts and some say 3.7 quarts.For my vehicle it is 3.7. The last person who did my change used 4.2 and oil was leaking out of the ports and dripping on the pavement. I normally do it myself but I had them do it since they where changing the tires and it was cheap. I can't believe the mechanics can't even find the right fill level. I just drained it out myself and filled it with the right amount. I'll never take it back to a mechanic for oil changes.

I just bought this 2016 Spark and I noticed on the passenger side of the windshield in the lower corner the molding/trim was missing. I tried looking for this part on GM websites and can't seem to locate it. I don't even know the name of the part. Hopefully, someone can identify it and or find the part number. I included pics below with and with out the part. Thanks to all that can Help!

@michatron, Did the GM #95388834 (Handle well) from the GM parts website you mentioned come with the electronic button switch? I'd rather not have to dremel the cutout to fit the switch and if it comes with the switch, great. If not I will order the switch on amazon
