I had the battery tested and it came back bad. Replaced battery with new one today and still no change

Hello all, randomly my 2014 Spark LS starting blinking fast on both left and right signals. I found the driver side front and passenger side rear not turning on for hazards or off the column lever. I replaced both bulbs even though no filament was burned out with no change. The running lights are on in both front and rear and I checked all fuses. I’m not seeing any relay for the blinkers and was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience. Was it the BCM or is there something I’m missing?
