has anyone had any success with any front turn light LED conversions? switchback or not! I just tried a set of LED switchback lights and load converters with no success! turns out it has something to do with the cars "body control module" and how the blink is controlled not from the bulb itself but from the module. I have a 2013 1LT any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Does anybody know what circut (fuse) the consol light above the USB port uses? I need to tap into that lights circut for under dash lights. Reason I need that circut is I need the lights that I am installing to only come on when that light is on, and the fact that it dims as well! Any help would be great Cheers Jason

speaker mount test installed in rear hatch compartment very clean sounding rich mids with tight highs. Was a very snug fit but I now have two 220watt 6 1/2" Pioneer TS-A1672R three way speakers mounted in the back. Now for the front speakers and the 1000watt 12" sub install. -

3 pieces of 5/8" MDF laminated together with a 1/4" MDF ring for the speaker to mount on to accommodate proper drive hight! -
So after going through numerous posts to see what people are doing to replace the rear speakers in their Sparks, I decided to think out side the box!! I currently own a black 2013 Chevy Spark 1LT 5spd manual. I just recently sold my 98 GMC Sierra 4x4 and stripped all the speakers I installed. I then began to brainstorm to see how I could fit the two 6 1/2" 220watt Pioneer door speakers. It took me about a week to come up with "step up" mounts that would make it possible to install the 6 1/2" speakers. they are made out of three layers of 5/3" MDF and one layer of 1/4" MDF. They fit perfec

Amp main power line
Jason MacKenzie replied to Jason MacKenzie's topic in Audio, Navigation, MyLink and Navigations
I found where you fed the power line through the firewall. Unfortunately in my 2013 1LT 5 spd manual there is something feeding through that access point already :( I have to find an alternate way! -
Amp main power line

thanks bluer: is the metal plate at the firewall? and did you have to drill a hole in it? I'm installing a single 12" 1000watt JBL GT120 Competition Series sub in the wheel well. I've done a ton of research, and even got in touch with JBL's 12volt department and got the full specs on the sub. I was so happy when I found out that I have just enough space in the wheel well to put a minimum sealed box that will hold the sub! the install will be done over the winter, weather permitting of course, and because I'm dealing with a fresh new car it's going to be a super clean install, frarad cap, ligh -
