prnapper 0
Hi When we had our MOT a few weeks ago, we needed to replace the front two tyres. The day these were replaced the ABS light came on. Since then, the car had locked and we have asked the local garage for help. They said the code was 1391, but couldn't help further and asked us to take it to a Chevrolet dealer - but there's not one near us who can assist for a few weeks - so is it ok to drive? what does the code mean - it is a wheel sensor issue? how much would it cost to fix? The car is a 2010 Chevrolet Spark. thanks
Skids 108
found in a chevy aveo forum P1391 Wheel Speed Sensor 1, G-Sensor Circuit Performance probably doesn't help much, but at least you have some Idea. Drive it around the block slam on the breaks you'll know if it's safe to drive or not, at least safe enough to drive to the dealership
Ray Dockrey 97
I would check the wiring at both wheels. Sounds like they either knocked the plug loose for the wheel speed sensor or damaged it in some way.
