Has anyone serviced the transmission on these cars?

 

I have a 2013 automatic with 70,000 miles, and wanted to change the fluid, filter, gasket.  I called a chevy dealership to do it and they basically told me no.

I am not having any trouble just curious about it.

 

They said they would change the fluid and quoted me like 400$, but would not change out the gasket or filter.

 

I have seen several videos about this on youtube.  I do know that you are supposed to use the CVT AC/Delco fluid.

I have found all the parts to do it as well.  

 

I called a transmission shop, and they also said NO!  If they pan is opened up it will contaminate the electrodes or something.

 

Has anyone done this or is it just not a good idea?
