I had an issue with my 2014 ev. Totally dead no lights dings or anything. When I attempted tow it from my garage to the dealership. The tow truck driver suggested we attempt to jump it. I didn’t feel like arguing so I relented, to my surprise it began to show signs of life. It still would not drive even though it showed a full 70 mile charge. Well long story short I replaced the normal looking automotive battery. Instead of waiting on the dealer to bring in their special ev dude. It worked and my spark is now full mission capable. Weird enough for me to reach to other owners in order to save them some head scratching.
