2015 Spark Random Start Up Issue

My 2015 Spark LT1 Manual has started having a strange issue which happens randomly when starting up. First, it has been relatively slow to crank on occasion, like the battery may be low, but the engine always starts on the first attempt after the starter turns over twice, it just turns over slower than normal. But sometimes when this happens, 3 things occur simultaneously when the engine starts: the hazard flashers come on, the front windshield wipers cycle 3 times, and the traction control “off” signal lights up on the instrument panel. Has anyone experienced this or know what could be causing it? Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer.

Turns out it was just a bad/worn out battery. A new battery resolved it.
