  1. You need to remove the spoiler to get the center brake light out. There are two screws behind panels to either side of the brake light. Remove those screws and the there are four more screws on the inside of the lift gate to remove. Finally there are clips that hold the spoiler. These should just pull out, but be careful because you can crack the spoiler if you force it. Once the spoiler is off, you'll need to remove the washer hose and brake light connector. Then you just remove the screws that hold the brake light in.
  2. Sorry for the late response. The bulbs that come with the kit are standard white lights, like the headlights.
  3. After receiving the programmer and paying for a subscription to AC Delco TDS, the fog lights work. My recommendation would be to find a dealer who can perform the reprogram for less than $140.
  4. I recently installed the OEM fog light kit in my LS and wanted to give everyone some information about the kit. The part number for the kit is 42348907. You can order from GM parts dealers, but it's cheaper to go through eBay. The attached photo is all that the kit contains. Installation took about 3 hours. For the installation you need to remove the wheel well covers, headlights, and front bumper. The factory fog light covers pop out easily and the new ones just press-in.
