Lazerface 24
Did you do any special prep to get the pastidip to stick? I tried it on mine and the emblems were so smooth it wouldnt adhere and just ended up a runny mess. This is exactly what I wanna do to my front.
sparkplug 1
nah i didnt do anything. This is for anyone who doesnt know what plastidip is: Its a rubber coating that you spray on. It comes in a can and u can get it at home depot or Lowes. anyway, you dont have to sand or prep or anything because its completely removable with no residue or side effects. I just lightly sprayed a couple coats to get the thickness rather than a solid coat and creating your referred to as "runny mess" lol. but since its rubber, you must take the tape off immediately after you spray, OR cut around what youve sprayed after its dried with a razor blade cuz like i say, its a rubber coat so it bonds together and will stretch after its dried and u try to pull the tape off
Greg_E 211
I'm pretty sure I'm going to cut a new bowtie out of something and put black 3M reflective material on it once the weather warms up.
Widget 36
The back of the car looks kind of empty without the Chevy or Spark lettering.
