Drums to disk Conversion

I know there is an older version of this topic but Id like to relaunch it with new ideas.

 

Before I go and get the conversion kit does any one knows if sonic has the same bolt pattern and bearing? ( https://zzperformance.com/products/zzp-sonic-rear-disc-brake-conversion-kit ). Thanks

Me again! So after a couple of months of looking everywhere... well... did not find anything... however I found spark tuning by tuneed on YouTube... from South Korea!!!

also Looked into vauxhall viva and Opel Karl but nothing... 

 

if anyone can figure Korean out we will have an epiphany lol

So did anyone ever figure out glue they did the disc conversion in that video? I’ve been wanting to do this since the day I bought the car
