Exhaust arrived, decent quality. Can't wait to get it in! Depending on the mounting may just keep the tip it has. It is huge though. I'll have to see what it sounds like with the turbo. Looking at getting everything welded in at the same time.

So, after 3 oil feed banjo bolt orders, I finally have the correct one. I now have everything needed to start the measurements and placement. The reason I had issues is partly my own fault. The feed b

After getting some measurements, this is going to be tightly fitted and more modification needs to be done. The radiator fan is one of a couple issues. It takes up a ton of space needed. So... Its goi

I will be painting everything black again to blend in when it's ready to install. ( Added clamped and attached pic )

All I have to say is the fuel pump is not for the faint of heart... Pita! So much has to be modified! The Kemso replacement pump is an inch longer. Unfortunately, everything is fitted together perfectly in the fuel pump assembly. I recommend skipping this modification unless absolutely necessary. It's in after a day of working on the car and dropping the tank three times. Third time being a mile from home to finish the repair in a church back lot. The Kemso pump is actually really, really high flowing. So much, that it blew a hole in the side of the plastic flow tube when I made the mistake of removing the in tank fuel pressure release can. ( I had no idea that existed until doing in depth research on different fuel pump assembly designs ). Apparently the fuel return is not enough to handle this pumps pressure and sitting at a light idling. That is when the in tank line burst from the fuel pressure.  Anyway, I will insert some pics of the removal.

Brisk multispark plugs have been in now for a couple thousand miles with great performance as well as the 355 lph fuel pump. Getting ready now to get the LS coil conversion in soon with some nice Taylor racing wires ( I couldn't find a great price done they are high end so..... MOTORCYCLE WIRES! ).  picked up a backup set of cheaper jdmspeed wires as well off eBay.

I'm still around. Had some major work being done as well as other projects. Bought a 98 e36 convertible that needed some love.  Also had three fabricators fall through on welding my downpipe in so the project can proceed. I'll be back in. Car now has a 2018 transmission and a new clutch.  It had a main input bearing failure at 64k which I'm not super happy about.  Ran me about 3k parts and labor to repair.  I'll be seeking another fabricator in the next couple months to get the project rolling again.

So what was the outcome of this? Is it running good? How much hp? How was it tuned?

Now I’m tuned to 119whp/106tq. Which is equivalent to 150 crank. I get 35mpg city which is what I usually drive. Current tune at 119whp is on 87 pump gas. Im sure I can squeeze 5+ Hp with 93+.

Update... New exhaust is in and Wideband O2 is installed with WB gauge. Started tuning with HP tuners and feeling confident about getting the turbo installed and being able to tune it.

Car is on 93+ octane. Going to see what the numbers are. Should be Around 140hp or 160 crank.
