It's in the owners manual... page 228

Rear Wiper Blade
1. Lift wiper arm away from rear
windshield.
2. Push the wiper blade away
from the wiper arm.
3. Once the blade pin disengages
from the wiper arm, remove the
wiper blade by sliding the blade
off the arm.
4. Reverse Steps 1-3 to install a
new wiper blade.

They break super easy. I had the same happen. It's easier to remove the whole arm and change the wiper. There is a plastic cover that covers the nut holding it to the motor. Remove the cover, the nut, and then pull the arm with a slight rocking motion and it will pull off.

how do you get the cover off? I tried following the owners manual instructions and couldn't get the blade off. I also tried the suggested instructions to remove the plastic cover to remove the whole arm and replace it that way and couldn't get the cover off. Super frustrating! It shouldn't be this hard to replace a windshield wiper.
