15LeftoverGrape 1
I bought a 2015 Spark in January of 2016. I had what I was sure was a suspension noise. Dealer replaced everything (and I mean everything) on the left front suspension area. Said the noise was gone. It wasn't. Eventually they replaced the transmission and the noise went away. That was about 14k miles. Now at about 20k miles a very similar noise has returned, along with a new noise. The new noise is kind of a rattling or binding noise, only when I'm giving it a little gas. When I let off, it goes away. Give it a little gas and it returns. I've had the car into the dealer maybe 4 times for this, the last time getting the transmission replaced. Anyone have similar transmission issues? I read that nightmare from Flygrl. My problems are nowhere near that level.
Ray Dockrey 97
Is this a manual trans or the CVT? I have the CVT and other then the weird shifting behavior i have had zero issues.
silverspark78 5
I wonder if I should be pessimistic about my cvt breaking on my 17 spark with 250 miles on it.
