DeBAUS 0
I see some people on this forum talking about how they deleted the muffler and just went straight pipe. I'm wondering how this sounds and if anyone has a video for reference? Also I have a 2016 model so it would be nice if you had it the way it sounds on the new model Spark. Mr.tozzi 66
Only turbo cars sound good without mufflers, naturally aspirated engines and supercharged engines most sound like ass and are really too loud without a muffler.

Depends a bit on the lope of the idle. I'm a Mustang guy so I'm around a lot of them that are straight piped. An old school fox body 5.0 cammed and straight piped sounds amazing. As well as any LS engine that is cammed. Most 4 or 6 cylinder cars I'd say sound meh when loud, but that would be because of less depth and a different firing order. The lope is really what makes it sound good when straight piped. I don't think a Spark would sound good straight piped, though. Only 4 cylinder exhaust sound I really like is the Subarus with the unequal length headers. Edited May 26, 2017 by Ajstolz
Fire Spark 13
I agree. V-8's sound great loud, especially with a cam, 4 bangers not so much unless they are a motorcycle engine. Then they sound awesome.
