VegasSpark 12
Ive noticed my driver seat shifts when i hit the breaks hard. And its just the right side of the seat. Im starting to get/grow weary of bringing this car in for service... So before i do, is this a normal thing?
WaltK 305
No, that shouldn't happen. It sounds like the mechanism is sliding on the track. Try reengaging the adjustment handle under the seat. Retired old Gearhead

Should you decide to bring the vehicle into the dealership for service, we're available via private message if an extra layer of assistance is needed. If you send an inquiry, please include your VIN, mileage, contact information, and preferred dealership as well. Just wanted to chime in! Thank you for your time and have a wonderful evening. Mr.tozzi 66
Whe you get the seat in the desired position let go of the handle and rock it back and forth to make sure it clicks locked in place. If it does not then take it to the dealer. Edited May 2, 2016 by Mr.tozzi
VegasSpark 12
They had get the seat back on the track, and replace some part of the track. I'm not entirely sure, as the dealer held on to the repair receipt.
