does making a apointment on the my chevolet app work?

I made a appointment on the my Chevrolet app. for Saturday and they still have not confirmed my appointment.

are busy replacing car locks? do I need a appointment to get a oil change?

Looks like it works as well as a lot of the website appointment pages. Some stealerships need an appointment for oil, some don't, you might find that info on your stealer's website.

When I used the dealership page to make an appt I picked a time that was open and thought I was set.Got a email from them picking a different time for me and asking me to call them if not convenient. Basically it seems like a waste of time and I may as well just call on the phone.

Did not work for me at my purchase dealer, Ron Craft Chevrolet in Baytown Texas. It really depends on the dealer, some never check web page appointments, I reckon the app uses the same method. I find it best to just call using the old fashioned phone.
