Exterior door Moldings !

Finally something cheaper in store and not on ebay lol

went down to pep boys and loaded up on mouldings. My car already got badly dinged by someone at work (dont know who) chipped my paint and everything.

Took a trip to pep boys

the edge moldings are long and come with 2 strips ... i cut them both in half for all 4 doors

take a rubber mallet and secure them. if you just install them and go the back doors will rub on the mold and squeak but the mallet can secure them in much better for the doors to clear and not rub on them

they look sick lol

the door moldings are more work. if you put them end to end like i did, your gonna have to shave off a bit in the front so they clear when you open the door.

there's no set measurement where you should put the moldings on near the middle is preferable.

not the prettiest job but it works

down the line ill probably cut some off but i just needed something on the car

Looks like you're pretty well protected now. I would just trim the front and rear edges about an inch or so back, away from the door edges, for appearance sake.

Are they angled to match the lower sticker?, if not I think this might look better.

No the moldings are straight ... they might look angled due to the lines of the door , vinyl, and over all awkward spark shap lol
