  1. Our 2013 Spark turns five this month and has 29,030 miles on it. It's my wife's car and she still loves it.
  2. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all. It's crazy around here. 356 days before Christmas and people already have their decorations up.
  3. Welcome JB. That IS an awesome color. Looks like a good wax job really makes it sparkle!
  4. I seldom drive the Spark because it was specifically bought for the wife, but she still LOVES it. (Mama's happy so I'm happy.)
  5. I haven't looked at all the "new posts" from last time I was here, but was that it from Chevrolet?
  6. + (Last year = four days ago.) Sorry. Take care of yourself first, though.
  7. Last year, you said you were going to post photo's. What happened?
  8. "Rinsless wash" sounds so odd. I'm not sure I could do it
  9. No worries. Gotta do what ya gotta do.

Good choices. How long until "after college"?
  11. LOL I actually went out and checked ours, and it's okay. Thanks for the tip.
  12. Awesome job. (I hadda google "plasti-dip." Never heard of it, so thanks for the education.)
  13. LOL. We get that question, too. We've been to a couple of family get-togethers and EVERYBODY wants to check it out... but nobody else has bought one.
  14. We pay around $600 a year for full coverage, but they also have our house, truck and another car, so there are some discounts involved.
  15. We have the same experiences. I laffed when I read your post because I thought I had written it and forgot that I did.
  16. We have not had any problems with our Spark, but threads like this are a good reason to join this forum. Thanks to all for keeping us in the loop.
  17. I agree, austex04, and I doubt I'd have pulled a weapon... nor flipped the old biddy off in the first place. Having said that, I'll say I also know people can say shoulda-coulda-woulda but they don't know how they'll react unless they're in the same situation as it plays out.
  18. The wife and I agree with what everyone has said. Oddly enough, we also appreciate the dim light beneath the dash. At night it illuminates the cup holders and pocket area above the gear selector.
  19. Once upon a time, the emergency flashers were tied into the brake lights. You could turn the flashers on and it looked like you were hitting the brake and THAT got their attention. Now the rear flashers are amber and hardly has the same affect.
  20. We took the pickup to the big city to haul some stuff back and saw about a dozen Sparks. At least six of them were the same color as the one we bought...... Jalapeno. And as we were sitting in traffic at a stop light next to a Chevy dealer and they had Sparks in just about every color, but four cars were the same color as the one we bought..... Jalapeno.
