  1. Love it!!! I just purchased a 2019 Spark in December of 2018. To break it in, I drove it on a 435 mile each way roadtrip. I was not aware of the effect the CVT would have, but sure noticed that going up or down a steep incline on I-70 and I-15 in Utah, the speed did not vary over 2 miles-per-hour for what I had the cruise set for. I thought that was way cool!!! On my last trip to Mesquite (from Grand Junction, CO) the car averaged 48 MPG to Mesquite and 44. MPG coming back. I am SO IMPRESSED!
  2. Greetings All, Well, It's been 6 months since purchasing my 2019 Spark LT. Thought I'd share some great news (in my book). In this forum I read that for the best miles per gallon rating, one should use 85 octane after breaking in the engine @2,000 miles or so. Well, that I did and following is my record for the last 4 fill-ups plur the current stats. 04-01-19: 45.1 ave. mpg @ 3,314 total miles (This was my first tank of 85 octane) 04-19-19 47.4 ave. mpg @ 3,630 total miles 05-07-19 47.8 ave. mpg @ 4,021 total miles 05-25-19 46.6 ave. mpg @
  3. Purchased 2019 Spark LT i month 2 days ago. Took it on a 850+ mile road trip to "break it in." Was VERY pleased with the performance, both on the road in in rural streets. Have 1,586 miles on it and as of today, have no problems. Looking for a long term relationship with this economical vehicle.
