Did you ever install underglow on your Spark? I'd like to do it on mine, but I noticed there's no easy place to mount the LED strip in the rear of the car. The nearest mounting point is on the frame in front of back wheels, which is more like the middle of the car.

In the pic you posted, it looks like the fog lights on the blue LS have chrome trim. The dealer told if ordered fog lights for my LS, the lights would have chrome trim. Only the grill is different.
There are aftermarket fog lights on eBay without any chrome.

Does anyone have any tips for pulling off the mirror caps? I'm trying to replace my black caps with some body-colored ones. The caps aren't budging as easily as I see in videos for other cars.
