I have had my 2014 Chev Spark for about 2 years now and I love this little car however I am incredibly frustrated as I never received a recall notice for the reprogram for the hard shift. I took it in to get the reprogram after experiencing a hard shift accompanied by a squealing noise. I drove home everything was fine but the very next day I experience the same problem. I took it back to the dealership in Collins, ms and they essentially said welp we have no idea and because I couldn't replicate the problem they sent me on my merry way.
