  1. I got a 2016 spark LT, not 2LT, and noticed the AC was cold but couldn't keep up with the black interior and HUGE windows. I got the window tint and immediately noticed a difference. It looks a little better but the AC definitely doesn't have to work nearly as hard because of the tint block and reflecting a lot of light. Eventually it started making the mileage go up too because i didn't need full blast AC all the time. I also learned that the recirculation button makes worlds of difference for both heat and AC. I also noticed when the temperature drops below 32F the cars mileage drops big tim
  2. I got splash and love it. Plus splash is metallic so with a little wax it really looks sharp.
  3. Mine makes the noise when making tight turns under some power. Turns out mine was the differential (or so I was told) might have this looked into, thank you!
  4. Absolutely loving the fact that people race these things. Fantastic. Since the 98 hp is WAAAAAY under what the block is capable of I'd love to see how long they'll last racing. They use the same engine (with a turbo) in the Cruze, sonic, and Buick Encore all of which are significantly heavier. I'd like to see how people do in their classes racing since under 100hp and only 2200 lbs makes it a weak class.
  5. Those are stock for the '16 LT and look great! Also window tint makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE!!! Not only in appearance but since they have UV effect they also keep the car cooler so you use less AC. Added another mpg on my car
  6. So from what I've seen this is a common issue. CVTs get stuck in high gear ratios after a lot of high way driving. I read that the average CVT lifespan is 60,000 miles in mini coopers which is the only vehicle that's been around long enough to judge longevity. Either way it scared me enough to buy the manual. One thing I saw that helps the CVT is to avoid cruise control on daily use. It stands for constantly variable transmission and is built to change ratio, high way cruise control buts wear and tear into one ratio. If you always do 65 you might stretch the belt so from what I've seen just av
  7. My car just rolled 30,000 yesterday. I did 27,000 last year. The only complaint I have is the obscene amount of paint chips and windshield chips with the relatively flat windshield. I have averaged 40mpg since I bought it but rarely go below 42mpg. Winter drops it to 38 but the best I've had is 47mpg on a full tank and 51 on a half tank.
