  1. Thanks for your reply. On my car the quirk happens at freeway speeds (50+ mph) and gets more pronounced as speed gets higher.
  2. I have noticed this quirk since about 37,000+ miles (now have 58,000+ miles): when car momentum is driving the powertrain, pushing down on the throttle causes engine rpm to increase (it's not really a slip or a flare)... then if you keep applying and/or increasing the throttle, the engine rpm drops back down; otherwise if you release the throttle, you get a firm jolt/lurch from the CVT. Does anyone know what is going on here (a technical description)...?
  3. I'm about to do filter/fluid change on the CVT on my 2017 Spark LT... I noticed there are 2 filters (one inside the pan, the other on the side of the case). I noticed that the frame rail blocks removal of the pan, is this a problem...?
  4. Ok, I fixed the radio volume being low... it gets reduced by Android Auto, so just before disconnecting AA you must make sure the vol is up.
  5. Thanks for the welcome. Ok, I'll try again on folding the mirrors. I like my 2017, I like how it looks, the alloy wheels, the interior materials, the mpg, and how it squeezes thru tight places ... I don't like the rear drum brakes (but it probably does not need rear discs), I don't like that the storage space at the front of the console is always lit up at night. I'm getting used to the CVT... when you slow down, roll for a moment, and then accelerate (e.g. a California Stop), there's a light/minor clunk... I'm not sure if that sounds like it should be there
  6. 2017 Spark 1LT Owner Manual indicates that the exterior mirrors are foldable... if they are, how do you fold them...? I did not want to risk breaking them.
