  1. Well, I finally finished my roof rack. I decided that I didn't like the look of the ones that clipped into the door well so I pulled out my welder. I installed nutcerts on the roof channels. Three on each side so hat i could remove it whenever i need. The basket and frame are all light gauge steel and the front fairing is aluminum diamond plate. Then i powder coated it at work using our warehouse kilns.

  2. with the amount of tools required for me to transport for work, the seats took up too much space. Removing them gave me an additional  8" of head space (after taking into account this tray). Also, with me removing them and making this piece removable as well, I can keep the seats in good condition for when (If ever) I need to transport passengers.

So, I got sick of a backseat too small to hold passengers and a trunk big enough for just one gallon of milk.

I'm a union worker with an extensive supply of tools that i keep with me for all my sites. And I got tired of them being forcibly crowded into the car rather haphazardly all the while causing serious scratches to that putty we call plastic paneling without even touching it. Hell, just look at that crap with the thought and the paneling scratches itself. lmfao.

So, I'll just let the pics do the talking. Not complete but will be asap.
