  1. OK, I HAVE A PHOTOBUCKET ACCOUNT AND UPLOADED A PICTURE OF THE MOMO WHEELS TO IT. NOW CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW I CAN GET THE PICTURE INTO A "REPLY"? I'VE TRIED THE "ATTACH FILES" BIT AND I CAN'T MAKE IT WORK, THE PICTURE IS FROM MY PHOTO ALBUM ON MY COMPUTER AND IT'S EITHER TOO SMALL TO SEE OR TOO LARGE TO POST. I HAVE WINDOWS 8 - ANY SUGGESTIONS?
  2. See "Foglight install" posted by Greg_E, in the Modifications and Accessories section. He did an AWESOME job of showing what it takes to install a factory foglight kit, and in it he shows how to remove the headlights. You might change your mind after you see how involved it is. Good luck!
  3. My Chevy dealership forgot to remove the narrow plastic covers on the wiper blades, resulting in my windshield being scuffed and scratched when I had to use them for the first time. Normally, road debree gets squeeged off by the rubber blades, but the same debree got stuck under the plastic covers resulting in scratches. Now I've been told by my Salesman that they can't find a glass repair shop who can buff these scratches out. My Insurance Co. and an OEM glass repair shop told me windshields can't be buffed, because it weakens them, so the windshield has to be replaced. I just got done talkin
  4. Greg, seems like you and I are thinking along the same lines, because I like the rally car look, too. I was thinking of adding driving lights and mounting them on each side of the license bracket, but they might bounce around too much. I'll probably take it to Will County Auto Crafts, Inc. (www.willcountyautocrafts.com) to have this done, as well as getting the windows tinted. They've been around the Joliet,IL. area for a long time and they've done work on other cars I've had over the years. I used to do stuff like this myself, but age has gotten to me and I can't do the things I used to, lik
  5. Thanks Greg, I'll look into that.
  6. Want to make your Spark sporty sounding without spending alot of $ - just remove the muffler - and it cost me $160. It now has a "sporty sound" that's not too loud and it cancels out the engine noise. There's no annoying "wah, wah, wah" reverberation when driving at sustained speed on the highway and I can still hear my stereo at a comfortable level. I had this done at a local muffler shop and they welded on a SS tip and angled it down, so as not to melt the plastic rear facia, as I have a 1LT and not a 2LT. The 2LT has a notch in the lower bumper, so the chrome tip can come straight out. The lo
  7. Welcome Patrick! I'm from Wilmington,IL. and I too purchased a green 1LT Spark. I like the way the exterior color was brought into the interior. I've recently purchased MOMO wheels in dark gray to replace the factory ones (same size as factory, so I can keep the tires) and also had my muffler removed and a chrome tip put on. It sounds really good. No too loud, just a nice sporty sound. I'm new to this forum, so I hope I posted this reply right.
  8. Wheels look nice. I'm thinking of getting new wheels, but want to keep my stock tires. Do you know what the offset of the rim is? Thanks for you help.
