Contents inside the reservoir are under some pressure, so glue may not survive.

Airplane glue for plastic may work better for a while. My 2011 Chevy HHR also has a plastic see through reservoir, and no leaks after 6+ years & 60k miles. So it is obvious the Spark reservoir has faulty design. GM should redesign and offer free replacements.
