monkey 0
Bought 2014 Chevy Spark used, with airbag light + code 95 on the dash. Took it to Chevy dealership, they told me 3 airbags were missing. They told me the Spark's airbag system runs in a sequence and if 1 or more components are missing or dysfunctional, none of the airbags will work or deploy. Is this true? They want to charge me $7,500 to do the repairs.

If a selt belt sensor is activated or an air bag sensor it can be bad news for the system as a whole for functioning. They replace or reset the piece that is the issue and the system should work again. Think full circuit. So did 3 airbags go off or was it just a sensor issue? Edited October 2, 2018 by LittleBlue!
