Shelli 0 Posted April 13, 2017 Share Posted April 13, 2017 (edited) Hi, I bought my 2014 Spark LS with a manual transmission approximately 1 month ago and I am having problems with the gears sticking in 1st or reverse. It doesn't happen all of the time but enough to be extremely annoying and cause for concern that something very, very bad is about to happen. I have to turn the car off in order to move the gear shift again. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know what might be the cause of this? I took the car back to the dealer where it was purchased and they had a mechanic test drive it and of course they found nothing wrong at the time and think the transmission and the clutch are just fine!
