AC button immediately turn off after turn AC on

Hi

 

On the last few days my AC experienced weird issue.

 

It first happened when I drove to my work I twisted the fan to 2 and then I noticed that im getting hot air, few seconds after I realised that the AC button was turned off.

When I turned it on, I could hear the engine that starting to work and feel cool air, but when I left the button is immediately turn it off and stopped the AC engine.

The funny thing is when I pressed the AC button for 1 minute I could cool air for this period of time, but again, when I left the button the engine and the AC button light immediately turned off.

 

Does anyone experienced this behave and can help?

There's a Technical Service Bulletin for an issue  similar to yours (linked to this post).  Depending on your model year, it might still be covered under warranty.

I'm having the same issue where I have to hold the AC button for the AC to remain on. The blower is fine, just the button.

I am having the same issue, where I have to hold down the aircon button on my Spark to get the aircon to work. The fan(blower) is working
