Adriaan1977 0 Posted March 4, 2016 Share Posted March 4, 2016 Hi guys! I own a 2008 Spark 0.8 (3 cylinder). I would like to know how many tensioner/idler pulleys it has concerning the cambelt... I downloaded a pdf repair document from the internet, but that is for the 2nd generation Spark... Would the engine be the same fir Gen 2 and 3?? Haines doesn't publish a repair manual for the Matiz/Spark range... I bought 2 pulleys but on the diagrams it only shows that it has got 1 for the cambelt... any comments welcome! Retired old Gearhead 201 Posted March 4, 2016 Share Posted March 4, 2016 On that model it has one tensioner pulley attached to one small swing arm. Spring loaded arm is not adjustable but pulley is complete with bearing sleeve. Recommended that belt is replaced with new pulley. Nice clean car..looks almost new. Link to post Share on other sites
