hippieelmo 0
When starting off from a stand it seems that the CVT upshifts to soon for 2nd gear then when I'm going about 25mph the transmission it then downshifts back to 1st gear then back to 2nd gear. The CVT works great all the rest of the time. Could this be fixed with the TSB software that I have read on here about? Edited November 9, 2015 by hippieelmo
Skids 108
hmm.. your 2015 should have had the programming update on it when you bought, its the 14s that need to be updated, but it;s possible if it was an early one it didn't get it. It might help, but the cvt just takes some getting used to this may be normal still trying to understand what your saying.
hippieelmo 0
Ok. I would have to look to see when it was buit. It is like the transmission doesn't know what gear it should be, in 1st or 2nd gear when I'm going about 25mph. Transmission will be 2nd gear and then it change to 1st gear and then back to 2nd gear. Skids 108
ok got ya thats weird. since there is no gears really, but I understand the example you're making. its just constantly shifting back and forth. take it to the dealership have them drive it and go with the service tech to show hi when it happens. they;; probably same some b.s. like that's how it supposed to be. but maybe youll get lucky and they actually do something about it
hippieelmo 0
It appears that this happens only if you take your foot off the accelerator awhile you are accelerating up to 25mph.
