'13 model back seat cupholder mod

Can't say I've seen anything towards this topic so my bad if it's been covered already.

I want to use my '13 Spark for ridesharing (Uber,Lyft, etc..) ... one of the requirements is to have the middle seat available for passengers, including a seatbelt. Is there anyone out there who has modded the middle backseat/cupholder into an actual seat & is there any websites where one can purchase some seat covers that would enable one to turn the dual back seats into three ? I can't say I've seen anything but I find it hard to imagine someone out there hasn't done this already.

Any advice / info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

If you can get the euro spec back seat its made without cupholders.

That's right, Martin. Here in the Netherlands the Spark is delivered with three seats in the back, including safety belts.
