Shane Duus 6
I have I have this one I used to use, then I bought 2 of these as I can leave them hooked up all the time for immediate data from the vehicle with Torque, and not hit it with my knee: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008TL6RT0/ref=oh_details_o09_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 All work like a champ. The Amazon one comes with loads of questionable software and photos on the DVD, so beware. Otherwise, the units and TORQUE are awesome, and have worked to give me all kinds of information. I don't use the paid version of Torque, I have never seen the need.
Greg_E 211
That link appears to be the same one I have, mine stays on all the time so I don't leave it connected.
Shane Duus 6
yeah, mine does too, but i have left them on for over two years and nigh a problem starting, even after the vehicles sat for two weeks. I have A jeep TJ Wrangler lifted 4" with 33" mud terrains, and front and rear lockers, winch and all the electrical goodies that draw power, and a Dodge Caravan, and they have been installed since I bought the vehicles. I wouldn't worry to much about it
