  1. Hello, I am going to modify my 2016 Spark EV with some new speakers. Apparently, the car wants 8 ohm speakers. The fronts may be 4, I am unsure. Replacing 4 with 8 will just be quieter, but replacing the rear 8 with a 4 is going to risk electrical issues. The Spark EV rear speaker is poorly designed in that it does lack any enclosure, which I would like to rectify. I have decided that in the back I will rig a mount using vinyl pipe strap to hold in place two speakers made by BIC for home audio use. These speakers just about exactly match the available gri
  2. Hi, i would like to ask on where can i place the aux in this stock stereo of chevy spark. A friend of mine gave this to me about a year ago and he said he didn't remember where the auxiliary connection was to be connected. The stereo is already placed now on my car yet it works but without the aux input. I would like to try and know if anybody has an idea on how will i connect it. For the pins, it seems we have found connections for the power, speaker and light input at the back yet on the right side i cant seem to find any data on what should be connected. Can someone
  3. Long story short, I am prior military, real hard of hearing so the stereo has to be loud. I also own 2 restaurants and have to lay down the rear seats to do runs to pick up ingredients ect. about 4-5 days a week.(yes the back is 100% full) (yes I know I need a truck or van) (working with what i've got) This being said, in or out of the kitchen, music pretty much gets me through the day. As I am sure all of you are aware, the stock system is the worst thing in history. I have done some switches already to the stock speakers, switching to the kickers all around. Night and day difference from wha
  4. Hello everyone, I am looking for some help. A few months ago I bought a base model 2013 Spark LS and as much as I love my car the factory radio has to go. I bought a new dash kit that would support a double din radio but that is as far as I got. I can not for the life of me find a radio wire harness to fit a 2013 Spark but just can't find it. Does anyone know if it is possible to install an aftermarket radio into a Spark and if so can it be any radio or does it have to be a specific radio designed for a Chevy? Has anyone seen a wire harness for this vehicle? Any help would be great.
