we just purchased a 2014 EV. Soon thereafter learned that the fast dc charging port was a dummy cover and can never be installed on my car. it will be only available as a factory option promised to be at dealers around Jan. 2014...i wish i had waited a couple more months. our cars may be obsolete by then. i hope there will be retro fit available for my car and GM will solve this problem. it's a no brainer that 30 minutes charging...versus 7-20 hours
