Well that may be a good theory but, the knob is already in the max heat setting. The A/C causes completely cold air to come out instead of something warm. I would understand if the a/c came on for a minute and somewhat warm air still came out, but this is not the case. The compressor will run as long as it is in defrost mode and zero heat will come out.

Hello All, Recently I have been handed an issue with the heater. The problem is that when i turn the vent selector to defrost, the A/C compressor kicks in! Why? IDK! But this is not helpful when i am wanting heat because i get handed cool air. It is only when the switch is turned to defrost only or defrost and feet. Anyone else have this issue??? thanks

Thanks! Glossifier would be sweet. I did two/three light coats and then two heavier coats on top per wheel. Also it helps with sharp lines to pull the tape off immediately after the final coat.

Anyone else have this problem? I took my spark to get all the recalls done, pcv included. My car was not burning/leaking oil or anything bad at all. I notice this week (got the "repair" in march) that it smells like oil is burning. I check the dipstick and what do ya know? very little oil! this was with only maybe 300 miles on the oil change done after the recall. Sooooooo anyone else have a problem after the recall repair? Im taking it back in probably Tuesday morning this coming week. Overall not happy though that i now have a problem i didnt have before

Hello all! Been thinking about some new rims for a while and have found some i like; the xxr 535. The only problem is, is that im not sure what size to get! I would like to do either the 16x8.25 or 16x9.75 or the 17x9.75. the 16x8.25 has 35mm back spacing while the 9.75 width wheels have 20mm back spacing. So here is where i need your help, what size do yall think would fit best? is the 9.75 too wide or will the 20mm backspacing help? If it helps will they stick out too far and look bad? Is a 17'' wheel too big? Any opinions are welcome! Thanks

So I decided to do the first oil change on my spark today. After draining the oil i went to remove the oil filter and no luck. After 2 hours of rage, multiple types of oil filter wrenches and the filter even caving in on the side, I finally got it loose. Anyone else have this problem? Also it just so happens that the wrench slipped an broke off the sensor directly above and a little to the left of the filter, i managed to glue it back but I want to order a new one. Anyone know what that sensor is? I cant find any diagrams of the motor or anything online to help. Thanks

ive seen an average of 2-3 mpgs better than before the mod. i recently did 120 miles at an average speed of 75mph and got 42 mpg. Thats more than i expected so im very happy with this, also better acceleration for sure

So i finally got around to installing my two 10's all i need now is some carpet the amp is under the speakers and there was enough room for the flat tire kit thing. Plenty of bass for this little car

I bought my ls manual spark with close to 100 miles on it from the dealership ( they were driving it back and forth from one dealer to the other) Anyway, they filled it slam full for me and it took a week and 300+ miles later before i had to fill up. My average was 40.8 mpg. I am now working on my third tank and the computer says 41 mpg average right now after a trip the the mountains with lots of up hill interstate. I only have 800 miles on the car so it does not seem like there was a break in period for me. Not complaining though, wayy better than my truck ever was
