  1. I just bought a manual transmission. Most car thieves out here have no idea how to start one, let alone drive one. lol
  2. I honestly haven't heard anything about it, unfortunately :( We actually dropped our arena football team around 5 years ago. I hope you get some good news soon, though! :D
  3. Pam Springs, CA -to- Draper, UT. Spark did great! Even up the insane climb after Baker
  4. remove the cradle from the suction part, and put it on one of those A/C mounts. Or have the plastic disk that came with your car-kit, stick to the little tray, above the cup holders/below the mood light. Only suggestions I can think of, with the Spark. Very difficult to find a spot for those mounts
  5. If you can't make it to the dealership, I'd definitely give them a call and ask about it. The sooner the better
  6. lol I was just thinking about this last night on my drive home from work. I'm so not used to having such a tiny car, that a lot of the cars "tailgating" me, actually aren't at all. It only FEELS that way, because I'm used to having a huge ass on a car, that I had to remind myself that my back bumper is an arms length away from me lol. I DO get cut off more than anything, though. That irritates me.
  7. My co-workers call mine Kaiju, after the Pacific Rim monsters. lol They say the front end looks like one in the dark; especially because of the blue LED lights inside. :D I thought it fit! lol
  8. On the front of the car, I picked my jack point in the center, where you'll see a single bolt that connects the front bumper to the frame. In the rear, I placed the jack under the bar that supports the two rear wheels (keeping it simple).
  9. The only issue I'm having with my 2014 Spark, is the wretched audio speakers lol. Next bit of extra cash, will be going toward speaker replacement. As far as the A/C goes, I'm not having any of the issues listed from other members on here. I get a nice steady stream of cold air from the vents. So far though...it seems to be in great shape (knock on wood). I've been paying extra close attention to detail, since I came from my horrendous experience with my '07 Ion. Swore off GM cars because of that atrocity; but my buddy pulled through and helped me into giving the Spark a chance. Very glad I di
  10. Ya, I've been reading this from a lot of pre-2014 Spark owners. The 2014 does come with automatic headlights
  11. I'll have to check when I get off of work tonight. I didn't know they were out either, until the dealership called me. I told her the specs I wanted, and then was like, "We don't have any 2013's, but I just got a 2014 with those specs. Want it?" lol I used an expletive, followed by the word 'Yes' lol
  12. Nice! We've got too many kids, otherwise wife & I would do the same lol
  13. Congrats on your new Spark, and ya...I was a little miffed about the lack of donut, too. But unless you shred your tire while driving, the sealant should be just as sufficient and probably get you on the road faster (if it works as advertised), compared to putting on a spare. Let's hope so, otherwise....Chevy fail? lol
  14. So I went to go and pick up a nice rack system for my studio audio gear, thinking that it was going to be a smaller rack. The pictures of the rack, that the owner was selling, looked like it would be a small one. So I decided to take my Spark to pick it up instead of the van, because it looked small enough to fit in the trunk. Upon arrival I noticed that I was in trouble...it was over 4 feet tall, and the dimensions were quite wide. Just...look at it... So I looked at my car, looked at the rack and thought..."let's do this". I folded the seats, removed the cargo net and the little cardboar
