  1. I actually don't mind the look of the drums and calipers. If anything I'd upgrade the rotors to drilled/slotted, but that would only be for looks.
  2. Thank you. Just aesthetics. The stock hubcaps or the black steelies are so ugly. I went with as close to the stock size as I could find and put them on the stock tires. 15x6.5 with a 38mm offset vs 15x6 with a 50mm offset
  3. Got them mounted this morning.
  4. Ordered some new wheels off www.carid.com (https://www.carid.com/ns-series-wheels/ns1507-black-86315993.html). Just picked them up tonight from the UPS hub, missed the delivery since I was at work. Will post a picture after I get them installed.
  5. Ordered my front floor liners on September 23rd and they arrived yesterday (Sept. 29th) morning. A lot sooner than I was expecting. Below is a couple pictures of how they look.
  6. Depends on which bulbs you plan on replacing. The reverse, brake, headlights, map lights, and trunk lights are all plug n play. The turn signals require a resistor. The ones I bought have an in line resistor since I didn't feel like splicing one in. The resistors get very hot and you should place them somewhere where they won't touch any plastic or else the plastic will melt. If you're doing the switchback LEDs for the turn signals then you will need to run a wire to your fuse box and tap into a fuse/relay (I used the A/C Relay).
  7. What are the recommended spark plugs for our car (Copper, Iridium..)?
  8. Would be nice if my dealer was offering that 50 dollars, would fill up the tank 2-3 times. And if they had me test drive a Cruze, I have a feeling that we would've been driving out in a Cruze, since I prefer the new model Cruze over the Spark (But the Spark is my wives car).
  9. We went there specifically for the 2016 Spark and our salesman never showed us any other car or tried to push another one on us.
  10. Yw. They look better next to LED headlights, but I haven't found a set that gives good output yet.

  12. Btw, here's a link to the Switchback LED post in case anyone is interested in them. http://chevysparkforum.com/topic/4887-switchback-leds/
  13. Just some cheap tape on ones from eBay. I would've bought in channel but they aren't available through WeatherTech yet. I also just bought a reman. key fob off eBay for 20 bucks, had them cut the key for an additional 30 and now I have keyless entry for the drivers door. http://tinyurl.com/y6uyn8vs
  14. I like the look of that roof rack on your car. Does it hook onto your door jambs (Where the door meets the roof) or did it bolt onto the roof?
  15. Now that I know what the new Spark looks like with a roof rack, I want one. Where did you get yours? So far I've only done switchback LED's in the front turn signals, LED trunk light, LED map light, LED brake lights, LED reverse lights, new hub caps (Eventually get new wheels), side wind deflectors, and removed the SPARK and LS from the back.
  16. If you're ever in an accident where the airbags are supposed to go off and for some reason, the passenger airbag doesn't, insurance can deny the claim since you had an open recall that you never took care of. It's free so I'm just going to get mine taken care of with my next oil change.
  17. I did the front switchback LEDs for the turn signal recently, here is the link to my thread http://chevysparkforum.com/topic/4887-switchback-leds/ I also have LED's in my reverse lights and they are very bright, got them at superbrightleds.com. As well as LED's in my map light, trunk light, and brake lights.
  18. WeatherTech doesn't have the in channel ones yet. Wish they did.
  19. I know this write up is for an older model but its most likely similar. He goes over how to remove the bumper of the 3rd gen.
  20. In case anyone is interested, here are the ones I ordered http://store.ijdmtoy.com/Switchback-LED-For-Turn-Signal-and-DRL-Lights-p/20-05x-2835.htm.
  21. We got ours there because it was only 10k, plus the lifetime power train warranty and lifetime oil changes are a big plus.
  22. I tried to find the other thread where people tried different LED's in their Sparks, but I couldn't find it so I'll post it here. I just ordered a set of switchback LEDs from store.ijdmtoy.com. So far, I am very happy. DRL's... Turn Signals... 20170622_190131 (convert-video-online.com).mp4
